Questions, answered carefully
Clear answers before a personal diamond begins.
What to ask, what not to send yet and what Maison confirms before the next step.
Personal material
Hair, pet fur and other meaningful material can be discussed privately. Maison first reviews the story and intended result, then confirms what can responsibly be considered.
No. Begin with a private enquiry. Maison explains what is needed, how it should be prepared and whether anything should be sent at all.
Yes. Shared material can be discussed when the story calls for it. Maison will explain what is possible before any handling begins.
The amount is confirmed after the first review. Please do not collect, cut or package anything until Maison gives clear instructions.
Labelling, documentation and handling steps are agreed in writing for your project. The process is kept private and careful from the start.
That is a normal place to begin. Maison can review the situation and explain whether the project can continue, change direction or pause.
Diamond and science
Yes. Maison works with laboratory-grown diamonds: genuine diamond crystals grown under controlled conditions, not glass, moissanite or another imitation.
The difference is origin. A laboratory-grown diamond is created in a controlled environment and should be disclosed as laboratory-grown.
Maison explains this carefully for each project. Personal material may be part of the approved route when suitable, but the exact role is confirmed before work begins.
You can share preferences. Maison will explain what can realistically be considered for your material, budget and desired final piece.
Available documentation is confirmed with the proposal. Maison will explain what can be provided for the diamond, its laboratory-grown origin and the finished piece.
The process
Maison reviews your story, material and preferred form. If the project can continue, the next reply explains options, questions and the responsible next step.
The project begins only after scope, cost, timing, handling and next steps are agreed. Until then, the conversation is a private review.
Timing depends on the material review, laboratory stage, cutting, jewellery work and delivery. Maison shares a realistic schedule before work begins.
Yes. You can ask about the laboratory process, documents, design, budget, delivery and anything you want to understand in advance.
Maison will say so clearly and explain why. When possible, an alternative direction or a later step can be discussed.
Design and investment
No. The jewellery shown is a starting point. Your diamond can remain loose or become a ring, pendant, bracelet, earrings or another made-to-order form.
Yes. Many projects are designed to feel personal, elegant and wearable without explaining the full story to everyone who sees it.
A personal diamond and a jewellery setting are usually priced separately unless your proposal says otherwise.
Maison can shape the proposal around your story, diamond preferences, jewellery form and the budget range you are comfortable discussing.
Before work begins, the direction can be refined. After confirmation, changes may affect timing, cost and what remains technically possible.
Privacy and delivery
Yes. Your story is treated as a private enquiry. Maison does not share it publicly without explicit permission.
Maison uses the information you choose to share to respond, arrange a private conversation and prepare the next step. The privacy notice gives the details.
Delivery destinations and restrictions are confirmed after Maison understands your request, the finished piece and any handling requirements.
Maison gives project-specific instructions for packaging, labelling and delivery. Please do not send personal material without those instructions.
Yes. You can pause during the review stage. Maison begins work only after the agreed project details are confirmed.
