The journey

The conversation can pause at any point before confirmation. Maison moves forward only when the details have been agreed with you.

Initial assessment
Review what is possible
Maison considers the request, answers your questions and explains which route may be appropriate.

Written proposal
Agree every detail
Material handling, diamond direction, timing, documentation and investment are confirmed before work begins.

Laboratory & finishing
Create the diamond
The approved laboratory process begins, followed by cutting, quality assessment and any available reporting.

Jewellery & handover
Complete the piece
Keep the diamond loose or place it in a made-to-order jewel. Presentation and delivery are arranged personally.
